I have pre ordered the fold z and had conflicting information from EE, such as the 18,21 September and we have no date so no one should be giving out a date is what I have been told.

Do we have a confirmed ee release date as to when I will get my product

Mines been picked as well apparently, just got to wait for the DPD text! I just picked option 3 for upgrades and they told me. Had the new watch sitting there since Thursday waiting to be used!!

@seasn believe you should complain mate as it doesn't seem like it's 'first come first serve' as they are making it out to be

£30 compensation, or to cancel my order they offered... I couldn't help but laugh and tell him how ridiculous that was..

Otherwise was told to wait for stock...

Will be calling again to chase tomorrow.

Regarding you collating those of us that were offered compensation, I was offered £30, though they didn't say if this was a bill credit or refund to my card or when it would be processed.

Just called. Mine has been picked according to EE after checking my account. They said i should get it tomorrow. Do i believe this? Not really.

For those asking which line they went through too. I did option 1, 2, then 4. Always do that.
