Samsung galaxy fold z release

I have pre ordered the fold z and had conflicting information from EE, such as the 18,21 September and we have no date so no one should be giving out a date is what I have been told.

Do we have a confirmed ee release date as to when I will get my product

Hahahaha....mate...honestly...I'm terrified in doing the first fold. Lol

But seriously, I don't wanna rub salt in the wounds as I know first hand how it feels.  Genuinely, I encourage all of you to raise complaints against EE in regards to this as I have as you are entitled to compensation of some sorts. 

Despite me getting it, I am still massively infuriated at the lack of communication and the outright arrogance of saying 'you receive 7 days post pre order' as they believe we don't know the definition of pre order.  That's outright rude and someone should give them a dictionary. 

I really hope all of you get yours soon but I would also suggest you don't remain silent about it all and raise something as what they are doing is not right

I was going to put a photo of the phone on here so you could see that those of us that say we have received our phone are not lying.

EE try give the customer services a call? I'm guessing yours will be in the
same process as mine
