Samsung galaxy fold z release

I have pre ordered the fold z and had conflicting information from EE, such as the 18,21 September and we have no date so no one should be giving out a date is what I have been told.

Do we have a confirmed ee release date as to when I will get my product

How can you update it when it arrives. 

Dpd should already have a confirmed address as to where they will take your order. So if your address does not match with what they have how can you get it. Unless I am wrong.

Apparently in stock, mines being picked and should be with me in 48 hours 

No dpd txt yet so we will see

The messages on here will explain the pain and frustration quite alot of us been through just to try and get some sort of confirmation about our deliverys.

We didn't get any help as EE had no stock which is down to samsung.

We have been making slow progress and quite a few people have been getting a dpd text/email to confirm their delivery.

I think they beginning to fulfill all preorders now, so if you have pre-ordered your phone, rest assured people who are waiting, you should be getting a text today ....I hope anyway......

It's killing me seeing these messages come through with not having one myself! Especially when I pre-ordered on the 3rd as an upgrade!!! 😩

Just called r.e mine and just got the usual "when we get stock you get stock"..

I’m based in London, I spoke to EE upgrades  this morning at 11.30am and again was told no stock, no idea and blah blah. 

This afternoon I got a text from DPD saying I have a delivery coming from EE, I checked the order tracker on EE website and it shows my Z fold 2 has been dispatched, finally 😁 I know everyone is going to ask so here goes, mystic bronze, preordered on sept 4th and I am in London, ordered via my upgrade anytime plan so hope this helps.

Spoke to EE again and told no stock and that its first come first served. Advised to wait till end of November and call back then if its still not arrived. Ordered on the 3rd so cannot be way down the list 😤
