Samsung galaxy fold z release

I have pre ordered the fold z and had conflicting information from EE, such as the 18,21 September and we have no date so no one should be giving out a date is what I have been told.

 

Do we have a confirmed ee release date as to when I will get my product

Looks to me like the stock arrived Friday, later in the day and then stock has been allocated and dispatched today as not much happened over the weekend. 

 

All it would have taken is for EE to say this!!

EE sent another text today saying good news my order is coming soon.

Nothing on DPD app yet Grrrrr 

Had my cases for over a week fgs

On the dpd app I could select the time I wanted then I had my messages. 

 

Have you added the delivery address to the dpd app. I had to add the correct address before it showed.

Thats strange. Dpd should already have your address. You should also be able to get a 1 hour time slot if you click your delivery date on the app. 

 

You can always call them tomorrow before your delivery time to confirm the address they may have for you or just make sure they got the correct address you want it to be delivered to .

 

You dont want to take any chances and not get your phone because who knows how long you will have to wait again

How did you all get your order number? I ordered my upgrade via there txt services. I havnt got anything from it. So I cant chase it up

I was told by a rep this afternoon that they have got limited stock come in. However if you don't get a notification today, you wont be getting a delivery this week. Looking like a long wait 😔

When your order been placed you should get an order number. 

 

Contact EE and find out otherwise you may have to wait even longer
