I have pre ordered the fold z and had conflicting information from EE, such as the 18,21 September and we have no date so no one should be giving out a date is what I have been told.
Do we have a confirmed ee release date as to when I will get my product
@Philwsk If its 100% come out your bank you should be fine, assume just delay in their service then. If it hasn't come out your account id be calling up now.
Just spoke to a lady on the phone. They are still awaiting stock from Samsung. She mentioned that they are aware of the rumoured Oct 2nd date, but are hopeful to have it before them. She also said that Samsung was caught off guard by the number of orders for the phone, so they do have a bit of a shortage that they are working to fix. Other networks having similar problems
@mikeyhmikey12 Defo had stock as people already have got DPD, plus my call confirmed they were in stock briefly.
Also just got of a chat myself and this forum post is being escalated after asking. So fingers crossed someone from EE will come here soon. So would suggest get all your questions out now for them. Doubt they will read through 9 pages.
They've gone from having none to now saying they might have sent some stock out.
Then saying they have no timescales of when we could receive it. Even when I told him that a man who placed his order on the 8th has received his DPD text (Twitter)
I just got off phone and got told they're waiting for stock from Samsung. Seriously considering cancelling, little to no information available from anyone.
