I've recently done an upgrade with the upgrade teams to go from my Note 10+ to the Note 20 ultra, but the dispatch just keeps saying its on back order and to keep checking for updates.
Is there an ETA that I can expect the phone to come back in stock by?

Thanks for those details. I've checked and at the moment we would expect that model to be shipped within 14 days of the order being placed.

Ive been waiting for the note 20 ultra for 1 month on the 22nd July. They told me 14 days max. It seems like this phone will never come back in stock. Ive lost all patience. I placed my order on the 22/6/21 and still no phone

Hi Christopher. I have spoken to customer services team 4 times within the month and all they can tell me is just to wait or pick another phone or cancel the order as they don't get dates of when the stock is arriving in.

Doesn't fill me with the greatest confidence that I'll get mine any time soon if you've been waiting a month.
Surely there is a false advertising claim against EE here, if they are advertising a phone to be available within 14 days to get sales and then not honoring this timescale.

I agree. every time in the month i ring to complain or get some kind of compensation i get told to pick the galaxy s21 ultra (had it hate it horrible phone ) cancell and leave ee or continue to wait or lump it..
its so wrong when you are told 14 days. no compensation customer service said as i can pick another phone and be here tomorrow. everyone is going through the same so just wait no compensation being without a phone for a month.
As I said ordered mine 22/06/2021 last month. Nearly 1 month and still no phone. Very stressful as I do not even have a spare

@Adam19861 my order status has just changed to dispatched about 5 mins ago and got the texts confirming this too.
Fingers crossed yours has been to as you've been waiting longer than me.
