Good morning, I have a question. A month ago I moved from Three to you. I chose the pack code but until then I have not changed the number and it was up to me. what should I do?

How did you share your PAC with EE?

yes, before going to EE, they asked me to choose the code and so I did .. when my phone number came, the number did not change, so I called the hotline and asked for help. I want to keep the old number, so I still need a place for the number in Three ☹️

Hi @Aleksandra108.
If your old SIM card is still working, you may need to call Three and ask for another PAC.
If you can then give this to EE, we can start the number transfer process for you 🙂

two days ago I chose a new code and after selecting the option, they sent me this email .. the old number still works .. should I choose another code or just inform three that I gave up their services and you are taking care of the number portability. I will be grateful for information

Hi @Aleksandra108.
I'm not sure what you mean by choose a code.
The PAC would be automatically generated when you asked for it.
If you've got one from Three, I'd recommend calling our Customer Care team to give it to them.
