Samsung Galaxy S8 in stock but not yet dispatched a week later.

On 4th November I ordered and paid for an upgrade to a Samsung Galaxy S8, which EE confirmed was in stock and should be dispatched within 24hours.

 

It has still not been dispatched, and no explanation forthcoming.

 

Any reason?

@IanMcH  Try calling customer services as there is no account access from here. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

No James, I have heard no more from EE.

 

The reason for my question is just that the confirmation email I received stated that “in-stock” items, as they confirmed of this phone, would be processed and despatched within 24hours. That doesn’t seem to have happened yet.
