If you pre-ordered a Samsung Galaxy S21 on a smart plan between the 14th of January (00:01AM) and the 28th of January (11:59PM) 2021 you will be able to claim a pair of Galaxy Buds Live and Smart tag. You will receive a text message 14 days after you receive your phone to let you know that you can now claim your bundle.

You will receive a reply with three separate links, one to redeem Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, one to redeem your gaming controller and one containing the terms and conditions of the offer.

Hi @datavampire,
We’ve confirmed with Razer that their controller does support the S21 Ultra.
The controller actually supports devices slightly larger than the specified dimensions. Both us and Razer have tested this, and the S21 Ultra fits inside the controller.

I am sorry I have to strongly disagree here, i suggest you guys actually try it. as i have said there are hundreds of threads on various forums incl Reddit. it does not fit correctly.
As someone who owns both the Samsung galaxy s21 ultra and the razer Kishi it does not i have even sent a support ticket to razer about the issue. people have reported breaking their USB c port and scratching their phones. People have also reported the phone flipping out of it also.
The phone does not even sit flat inside the controller.
You cannot push the phone is fully on the left-hand side either.
And your correct it does indeed say on razers website it fitts, but tbh I think they just amended it before checking it,
And btw it's the camera hump on the back of the phone that is causing the problems.

I use it without issue with my s21 ultra , no scratches , my biggest complaint is no sd card slot for my mame roms

Be aware that if you live in Northern Ireland you have to pay £3.49 postage for the Razer controller as there is no option the select free postage as per the SMS.

Hi,
I have to agree with DataVampire. The kishi I received does not fit my Ultra. It pings out if you try to jam it in and the USB C is too low to connect to phone without damaging kishi connector or phone through prolonged use. I know there are two versions of Kishi for Android and one was designed for Xbox gamepass but the one you sent me (through BT) is not the XBox one it's the old design (no xbox button)
The IoS version of Kishi i also own has replaceable rubber inserts for different phone sizes where as this doesn't and its the rubber insert that's blocking phone from fitting.
Please don't discount this comment, the Kishi I received does not fit and is their old design, not the XCloud one they made for gamepass.

My upgrade time has rolled around and I've been looking into upgrading to a handset in the S21 family, but I'm a bit concerned that I'm seeing inconsistent information here and across the store, so I thought I'd ask to try to get some clarification on the exact status of the Gaming Unleashed bundle at this time:
* Currently, as I look at the store, the Gaming Unleashed bundle is only listed on the page for the Galaxy S21+; that is, the Galaxy S21 and the Galaxy S21 Ultra pages don't - for me - mention the bundle.
* Also, when I click on the bundle advert on the S21 page, I get further information
This too suggests that any S21 should be valid.
* I was wondering if it was possible that the bundle had expired - and the S21+ page hadn't been updated accordingly - but the original post in this thread does indeed suggest that it should still be available until April 6th. I'm most likely looking at the basic S21 - can you confirm that that is still eligible for the bundle?
* Finally, referring back to the extra information image, that does *not* suggest that a Smart plan is required for the offer; however, posts here suggest that that is the case. Can you confirm one way or another?
I hope you can help; fond as I am of my S7, it's time to move on!
