I pre ordered my galaxy fold 3 256gb black 4 weeks ago still haven't received it does anyone or a EE member know roughly when I'll be getting it delivered into the store?.

@awlberesford28 Where did you order it from ? Online/Calling customer services or at the store ? If it was the store you need to go to/call the store. If it was online or calling customer services you’ll need to call customer services about this. Just to point out there is a production issue with devices and Samsung can not produce the devices quickly enough because of a chip shortages.
