SIM never arrived

I ordered a new SIM card for an additional number. I received a sms a week later that it was delivered, it isn't however, also not at any neighbour. The tracking number I received does not work. It seems impossible to get in contact with anyone at EE. I have been trying for over a hour and at loss what to do.

Is your address correct in your My EE account? Is it possible it's been sent to an old address?

Hi Chris, no, there is no old address. But yesterday finally I got hold of a very nice person over the phone and I will be sent a new card. Thank you for your response!
