SIM card not activating

Hi I have upgraded to an iPhone 12 and was sent a new SIM card which I activated yesterday but I still have no signal and my old SIM card has been deactivated. Can anyone help?

Hi I’ve restarted it a few times and tried it in my old phone and it still doesn’t work 😕

Does it show no service or any other error message? 

 

If you go into Settings > Mobile Data > Network Selection, does EE show?

It shows no service. When I look in settings it shows ee as the network

Hi I’ve tried several times to use the live chat (I can’t ring as both SIM cards aren’t working)  but it’s not working therefore I have no way of getting in touch. What are my options?

I’m using my husbands phone to ring however have been told the current wait to speak to someone is 30 minutes. I’ve now been without my phone for over 24 hours
