Since 23rd November (at least) when trying to log in to My EE, I type in my 4 digit code and then I get "There seems to be a problem..." Sorry we're having a little difficulty right now. Try closing the app and coming back a bit later. Ref: A4.59.1-f3bc0.
So this has been down for 3 days now and I can get into my account to check or do anything, and I need to gift data.
What is going on and when is it going to get fixed?

Update: I deleted the app and re-installed it. It appears to be working again now that I have logged back in.
