So now that I have my order number, provided by live chat...when I try and track my order I get:
Sorry, you can't track this order type just yet.
At this time, we can only provide tracking for orders with a pay monthly device. Items ordered with our superfast delivery service and some orders with multiple items also can't be tracked.
It's an upgrade on pay monthly...so not sure why I can't track? I'm also concerned because the free earphones offer expires today...can I still claim these?

Where did you place your order?
You can claim the offer within 60 days of your purchase date and complete the claim form including a scanned copy of your proof of purchase, the IMEI which can be found on the box or in the settings menus, and your personal details.

Hi,
Because I won't have the IMEI number till I receive the phone can I still redeem the ear buds.
To confirm if the Samsung S21 arrives tommorow the 1st of October, can I can still claim the free earbuds in October if I bought the phone in September?

Yes, the phone had to be purchased by 30 September, you can claim the offer within 60 days of your purchase date.
