Cannot log into my ee

I changed my package yesterday and since then have been unable to access my ee account online. I cannot get anywhere when I ring 150 either. Even changing my password didn't log me in.

Just went to my local EE store about an hour ago for an upgrade and they said I should get an email to confirm it but as yet have received anything. Bit concerned if my order has gone through as I’ve ordered an iPhone 13 pro max

Friends and family discount has disappeared

I have had friends and family for atleast 6/7 years and I have just upgrade my contract to sim only and my friends and family discount has not transferred over, can anybody help me?
