Each time I log into myEE i get the message that I am eligible for an upgrade. Every time I search and find a phone when I select I get the message that "there are no plans available for this device". My account is up to date and paid by direct debit...

Resolved! Naming your phone numbers

Can anybody advise how you can name each individual phone number on my account in the APP as I had to delete the app and after reinstalling it all it had is the 3 telephone numbers instead of the names of whose phones they are?

Is it normal to receive a good as new phone with a charger that is visibly soiled? I paid £50 upfront for the phone too!
