Hi I got a upgrade to s21 in the shop how long will take to be delivered it has been 4 days so far the people in the shop told me it was going to be in on Monday

You will need to speak to the EE store as their supplies are different to EE online retail.

I upgraded the same in store nearly 3 weeks ago was told it would be in store within 3 to 5 days and still nothing so I'm assuming you'll have a long wait
