Is it normal to receive a good as new phone with a charger that is visibly soiled? I paid £50 upfront for the phone too!

Hi @Offord89
Our Good As New devices are in such amazing quality that you probably wouldn’t be able to tell them apart from brand new ones. We extensively test, reset and repackage our products and will only ever re-sell devices that are free from scratches and all other noticeable marks.
Refurbished devices may show more signs of wear including light scratches and scuffs. Refurbished phones won’t be in their original packaging, but they will be packaged with a charger. Like our Good As New devices, all Refurbished phones are extensively tested, repaired & backed up by our EE Lifetime Guarantee & 14 Day money back returns policy for extra piece of mind.

Thanks

@Northerner Thanks for this. While the phone is pristine the accessory isn’t but maybe that’s what you get for getting “as good as new” or I am just a bit picky!

@Offord89 I take it you mean the lightning cable ? If your not happy about this you’ll need to call customer services to arrange the return of the device and peripherals that came with that device. EE will not just swap out the cable.
