I’ve seen that there are delays with the new iPhones but I have not been able to track my order since I placed it. I received an email confirming the order, and have had a text about the returns pack for the phone I’m trading in but nothing other than that. I pre-ordered on 17th and it said it would be delivered on release day, so it’s annoying enough that didn’t happen but not even being able to track the order to get any idea of delivery timescale is really frustrating. Anyone else having the same issue and did it just rectify itself or did you have to speak to CS to get anything done? Thanks

@Kelly2180 i would speak to CS because there is an order number in your confirmation email, probably starts xko maybe? this doesnt work in the tracker and you will need to speak to CS to get your "proper" order number that begins 001 or 002

The reason why no one can track their iPhone and says “awaiting confirmation” is because it’s not in stock yet that’s what I’ve been told today even tho I’ve pre ordered on the 18th September and the iPhone 13 pro max Gold 128gb still Isn’t in stock which is ridiculous
