Unable to track my delivery.

Hi, 

I ordered a samsung S21 as an upgrade on 28th September. I received a confirmation email the same day saying that the approx date of delivery was yesterday.  I haven't received an order number from EE but I have received a text saying i have to send my old phone back by a certain date but no replacement phone and no other communication since.  Can someone help me to find out if I have actually got an order arriving?

Do you have an order number on the confirmation email? 

 

If not, please give us a call on 150. The team can help you with your order number to track your phone.
