Can someone please help me. I've been trying to send a mobile phone back to ee. But getting know where. Been on the phone to them since Thursday & keep getting put on hold I was on hold for a hour yesterday and a hour today.

Is there a reason you would like to return the mobile phone?
Did you receive the device from EE in the last 14 days?
If so, you can find information on our How can I return a device bought within the last 14 days, Help page, you will find an online form to complete to return the device 🙂
