What can I do if every time i put my phone on charge it badly over heats ? Would that be manufacturing problems and how do I go about it as cant leave it charge for longer than 5 minutes. Thank you
@Shaylp it sounds like you’ve got a battery problem because it’s the battery that is getting hot you can call EE customer services so it can be sent off to be looked at or you can contact the manufacturer but depending on how long you’ve had this device for you might need to pay to have a new battery fitted.
