Hey guys
Can anyone help please. I did an upgrade online and received my Flip z3 which I immediately knew it was not for me (sorry EE). I have filled in the return form twice now and emailed the day I received the phone. I did not even turn it on or set it up. I cannot get through to customer service and now worried I'll be stuck with it. I love EE as they are the best and even better now with BT. A worried valued customer. David J

Thanks for the response, no I cannot get through to customer service. I try and wait as long as I can but I have to work so cannot sit on hold for 30 mins! What if I went into one of the stores? Would that work? As I said, I have really liked EE having tried all the big mobile providers but this is putting me off. I realise the pressure they must be under but to hear nothing.. Thanks anyway. David J
