Return trade in

Hi! 
I have a trade in pack but I wondered if instead of posting it if I could hand it in to my local EE store? 

The envelope provided doesn’t seem to have enough space / protection for returning my previous handset.

I’m also worried that if I do post it that it might not make it in time before I’m charged (18th)

@Rachooel   You have to use the package provided you can not take it to a store.  If you had upgraded via a store you could of done this.
