Hi there I received a message this morning say that you not received my old phone I sent this back to you in the envelope a d sticker for special delivery and it had the right postal stamp on it it was send on the 15/02/21 and I ask for it next day by 1pm and it got there 12:40 pm the next day which is 16/02/21 and it was singed for as well so I don’t no why I am still getting the message from you at we say you not got it when it has been delivered.

The phone was a trade inn as I had any time up grade on my account
