Replacement sim

Hi. How do I order a replacement sim please. It’s a pay monthly phone but I damaged my sim by accident and I can’t find anywhere online to order a new one. Thank you

Contact us if you need a new SIM because your SIM was lost, stolen, damaged or deleted from your phone. You can get in touch by:

  • calling 150 from an EE phone (or 07953 966 250 from any other phone)
