Hi, I ordered a replacement sim last Wednesday but I haven’t received it yet. Can you please let me know of any issue? I need it urgently otherwise my account will be deactivated. Thanks a lot, Cristiana

SIM cards can take 2-5 working days to arrive, if this has been longer than 5 working days since you ordered the replacement SIM, please get in touch with our customer care team.
They will get this looked into for you.
