so basically i am trying too buy something on my mobile game with my credit as that is a feature with EE and apple but when i try too add my number as a payment method it comes up with this photo, can someone get back too me through text please

Insurance broken phone

Order confirmed but no delivery date.

I placed an upgrade order on 25th August and have email confirming order. I chose super fast delivery when upgrading and it gave me a slot on 27th August but nothing has arrived and no text or communication from EE.

Order processed but no payment taken

Hi, just upgraded my phone, I’ve got an email to confirm the order has been processed but the payment hasn’t been taken from my account, despite going through the card details and processing said payment?!
