When I swipe up my phone will not bring up my keypad... I can’t get onto live chat?? I obviously can’t phone EE as I have no access to my phone please help!  Need my phone for my business!

Resolved! My phone

My phone was ment to term up today but it never did

Upgrade problems

How do I get order updates via email and sms? I upgraded yesterday and have been told this morning that there was a problem but it's now resolved. There is nothing on my account and I'm not convinced the upgrade has even gone through at this point
