Hi,ordered replacement sim card
Then had email to phone 150 to verify.
Rang 150 from mobile phone got message saying not connected.
How do i verify for new sim?

Can you explain what the reason for the new SIM was? Was this a replacement due to having a new phone with a different size SIM tray? Or was your old phone lost or stolen?
If necessary, you can contact EE C/S on 0800 0798586 from any working phone.
