Hi there,
I accidentally smashed my phone yesterday. I have cover with EE but I can’t get through on the 150 number. Can I get this replaced online or do I have to wait 1 hr on hold?

To report this call us on 150 from your EE phone or 07953 966 250 from any other phone, and we'll do the rest. Please call us as soon as possible to limit the time you are without your device and limit potential unauthorised use, which is not covered.
