Replacement phone

Hi, my phone broke yesterday and I have insurance, I took it to the EE shop and they filled out the form for me online as they couldn’t get through on the phone to replace it as I have insurance? They said my partner would get a phone call to confirm and I would get replacement sent out today, but no phone call and as I have no phone currently I have no way of getting in contact with anyone to find out when/if new phone is coming? How do I get any information?

I'm sorry to hear you have not been contacted. 

 

You can make a damage claim online through your My EE account, if you log in you can start a claim.

 

If you would prefer to talk to us, call us on 150 from an EE phone or 07953966250 from any other phone.
