Order not dispatched

Ordered an iPhone 13 starlight 128gb on the 1st December and was told delivery would be within 7 days so I expected it to be delivered tomorrow but still haven’t had any updates and tracking hasn’t moved to the next stage which is dispatch within 24 hours. Really needed it for Thursday and worried it won’t be here in time now

@Jenbrotherdale1  You’ll not get tracking until a device has been allocated to you.  I’ve had tracking sent the day of delivery before now
