Just received my bill and have an extra charge on it for £143 says it is a remains contract charge??? I haven’t cancelled my contract or changed anything on it.

Unfortunately there is no access to individual customer accounts on this forum, so no-one on here can advise.
I would recommend you call EE C/S on 150 from your mobile and speak to an agent who should be able to assist.
