Can anyone help?
I need to pay for a sim only package.
I keeps asking my for my device phone number, but I'm still on three network until I get me EE sim.
I enter mob number and it obviously won't recognise it. Without a number ot won't let me complete the order 😔

It would only ask for your number if you are upgrading, not as a new customer. Have you chosen the correct options?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
