Regarding my order online

Hiya i took out a new contract phone a 3 days ago i had email saying successful order with my ref number they have taken the upfront payment out of my bank but ive not had an email to say when my delivery is wondering if i have the phone or not

I ordered the samsung s20 in grey colour not sure of memory size but i payed 70 pound upfront which has actually left my bank ive tried tracking my order but it says it cant give me information at this time i had email with order number and all the details of the phone and how much i have to pay each month it said it was a successful ee order bit ive not had any updates only that 1 email
