Hi. I recently purchased the iPhone 12 on a £75 a month contract. I have a 20% discount code that an EE member said I could use but was told I needed to message online to add this onto my contract. Please can you help me resolve this. Thank you.

I recently upgraded a week ago & I want to see if I can please add my discount code to my contract. My friend who recently did the same has managed to add his discount to the contract by an ee staff member sorting this solution.
thank you
