Phoned Monday and upgraded my phone & contract.
I paid 100 for the phone via card; was told I would receive a text from DPD yesterday and still no word. I haven’t even had a confirmation for upgrading and it still says I could upgrade on my EE app although the data amount has increased and my monthly payment has increased!
This was for the iPhone XR.

I should add I done this over the phone on Monday and not online

@Becksh93, You would need to ring EE customer service to find out what is going on, as you should have received an email and/or text from EE about your upgrade, also they can then let you know what is going on with your order.
