Morning @Tada5812 @teresa23

Thank you both for coming to the community.

If you give our customer service team a call they will be able to check your order and give you both an update.

Let me know how you get on 🙂

Leanne.

Should I have received two emails with different tracking numbers ?

Hi @Tada5812

Did you order the one device?

Have you spoken to our customer service team?

Leanne.

I only ordered the one device , an upgrade to an existing contract . I’ve just tried to ring customer services but after following the prompts all the way to upgrades deliveries etc I was just met with a recorded message telling the same thing I’ve already read on the website .🙈

Hi there @Tada5812

I see thanks, we will need to get this looked into.

If you call 150 and select option1 and option 4.

Or, you can speak with someone on live chat which is at the bottom of this page

Thanks. Leanne.

Thankyou for your help and prompt reply
