Speeds were a bit slow this morning so I started having a look. I turned it off and on again and now it’s just strange.
Speeds on Ethernet connected devices are fine. 50mbps and upwards. But on WiFi, it won’t even run a speed test. The odd web page will load but it’s a struggle, even when very close to the device.
The WiFi light is on.
Any ideas?

Hi James, yes. Same issue with MacBook and iPhone.
both were working perfectly this morning and nothing changed that I know of. Both were speed testing at 50mbps.
I suspect the router’s WiFi has developed a fault.

Thanks @martinmcd21, the next step would be to get in touch with Customer Care so our Tech Gurus can run through some diagnostics with you.
They'll be able to organise a replacement if they determine the device to be faulty.
