Oh, I see. I think. Has there been any change since 2018? My original post was quite recent. Can the "wrong" number be changed yet, since it has now been three years?

Funnily enough, we got the A21S too, no problem with either SIM. You put it in the right slot I take it, there are two on that phone.

Hi, Thank you. Yes, I originally put my EE sim in one slot of the A21s and an O2 in the other. Both displayed their correct numbers when I looked in the details within the settings. Later, I put my EE sim in a separate phone, where it is working fine. I then added a 1p Mobile sim in Sim 2 and the O2 sim in Sim 1. Sim 1 does not recognise this O2 sim at all now (in the phone's setting details). But everything works well otherwise. So, to be fair, this is not an EE issue at all, only an A21s issue. But thank you.
