Sorry, I don't get that - what has Fibre got to do with this post???

@Barneygoogle : That's just his sig. It's added to all his posts.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

Oh, I see. I think. Has there been any change since 2018? My original post was quite recent. Can the "wrong" number be changed yet, since it has now been three years?

Yep, we changed phones, problem gone 🙂

Thank you Gordon57,

I didn't want to do that, as I have only just bought my Samsung A21s (a few weeks ago). But at least you have spelt out my option, clearly.

Funnily enough, we got the A21S too, no problem with either SIM. You put it in the right slot I take it, there are two on that phone.

Hi, Thank you. Yes, I originally put my EE sim in one slot of the A21s and an O2 in the other. Both displayed their correct numbers when I looked in the details within the settings. Later, I put my EE sim in a separate phone, where it is working fine. I then added a 1p Mobile sim in Sim 2 and the O2 sim in Sim 1. Sim 1 does not recognise this O2 sim at all now (in the phone's setting details). But everything works well otherwise. So, to be fair, this is not an EE issue at all, only an A21s issue. But thank you.
