Good morning I ordered an iPhone 11 yellow 2 days ago.. I got a confirmation email. However when I go into updates it says my order has been cancelled but my back order is confirmed.... what does this mean and when am I likely to receive my order?

What memory size did you order? I would like to check our current stock so I can hopefully provide you some guidance as to when your order will be delivered.

Hi,

 

I ordered a Google Pixel 4. On Friday I had a message saying it would be delivered in 30 minutes, nothing arrived (we were in all day). Who can I speak to to chase this up? 

 

I'm unable to track my product, just says sorry we are unable to process this request...

I've checked and the current guidance for that model is that we'll send out orders as soon as we receive stock from the manufacturer. DPD will be in touch with you when it's ready to deliver.
