I have the same problem, i am not receiving any emails to my work address. I believe i put in the wrong email address.

Have you checked your spam/junk folder?

Yes, I have looked everywhere. I have been on the phone to my HR nothing is being blocked as was suggested when i was on the phone to EE, so I believe incorrectly put in my work email

I am also having this issue as autocorrect changed my email so it’s missing a letter and I can’t find a way to rectify this. I’ve tried reregistering with the correct email and it’s saying that I can’t as the details are in use with another EE perk account (that I created with the wrong email). Please can I have some help too
