Hello,
I have an order that still hasn't been depatched, but that's likely down to stock availability. My problem is that the returns exchange end date is 2 days from tomorrow and I can find a way to advise them that I can't send my old phone back because I don't have the new one. I'm concerned because if I don't return my exchange they'll be adding £650 to my bill.

You shouldn't be charged if you don't have your new phone yet. However you may still get texts as these are automated.
