Hi,
My upgrade Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra phantom black was dispatched on Thursday 1st July but I haven't been contacted by DPD yet, the reason I'm enquiring is because I am supposed to send my old phone back as trade in by Thursday or get charged the trade in fee, but it also said I didn't have to send back until I get the new phone which may not be in time.

I hope you're well and having a nice day, other than this issue of course.
I always get super excited when I have a new phone on the way, so I totally get why you're itching to find out what's going on.
Could you please download the DPD app to check if they've updated it with anything? Once installed it will connect with your number and give you updates, so you don't need a tracking number or anything like that.

Thank you I have now downloaded the app to find out that the phone was delivered to my work Friday afternoon and I am now in receipt of it.
All the way through the process it said to expect a text from dpd which is what I was waiting for.
