Hi there, I'm having the same problem, I ordered that phone Sunday the 4th September and still heard nothing. I have rang several times and all they can tell me is that they have no stock, that they don't know when they will get more in.

@E2709 If EE don’t have stock (Samsung device is it ? ) then you’ll have to be patient and wait EE can not just acquire more devices when Samsung have a shortage of devices.
