I am temporarily abroad and wanting to change my payg to 24 month contract. 150 says I qualify, cannot do it on line, tried ringing and repeatedly receive “apologetic message” telling me to call back tomorrow. Tried social media contact that was delivered but not read or responded to. Pretty shoddy really after years as customer……

Hi @Neilsmedley
Welcome to the community.
When did you call and when did you post on Social Media? If you posted out of hours, you'll be replied to today.
Could you try calling again today? I'm sure once you get through, someone will be able to help you with this?

@Neilsmedley : You can do the switch online by Switch to pay monthly and save . Your existing PAYG credit will be carried over as credit towards your future bills. You keep your existing SIM & no. The plan on it is just switched to contract.
