I have recently changed number to ee put sim in phone topped up 30 expecting bundle . I went to make a call after applying 30 bundle I have no credit or bundle on my account ...???? Can you explain where it's gone??

Hi @Ziniho09_ The packs will only automatically start if it is pre-loaded (shows on sim packaging) or if the same pack is renewing again and it has ended after 30 days.
If it is a new sim card and you have not instructed EE for the pack to go on then it will not and have most probably used your credit on standard rates at 35p per minute.
I would advised ringing 150 to check if this is what has happened and if there is anything they are able to help with.

@EPMT-96 : All EE PAYG SIMs come primed with a pack until such time as you STOP them.

Not all pay as you go sim cards have the £30 pack loaded so if it is loaded with any other pack then it will not start that pack automatically and will need to be requested either by calling CS or by texting PACK30 to 150 once there is enough credit.
