This may be relevant: Dialing 150 for Balance no longer works for me on two payg phones in the UK. Alternative number please.

Thanks for coming back to us. 

 

When was the last time she used a chargeable activity as below?

 

  • Voice and data usage. This includes making calls, sending text messages and picture messages, retrieving a voicemail, and using data that is not within your pack or add-on.
  • Topping up your account.
  • Buying a pack or an add-on.

 

Calls, texts and data usage made using your allowance from your pack do not count towards a chargeable activity.

Hi Leanne

 

She thinks she last topped up her phone February this year. She has an old style pay as you go where you pay for every minute of calls and every text, she doesn't have a package with allowances. She topped up with £20 last time and now has about £12 left, so has been using her phone. Hope that makes sense!
